This time, we will give you all the details: this half-moon plate is made from brass and measures 10 x 13 cm. The cords ending in buttons attached to the gimps were used to hang the plate around the neck. This remnant of old coats of armour belonged to Tomas Zumalakarregi during the period in which he was one of King Ferdinand VII’s officers, which explains the initials Fº 7º which can be seen under the crown. measures 18cm in diameter, is made of gold wire and decorated with pearls
and was used by upper class 19th century ladies. It is on display in the
Museum in the cabinet containing the personal belongings of Tomas Zumalakarregi
and his wife, Pankrazia Ollo.
